WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a member of the Varsity Spirit team, the Warehouse Associates role may include driving an order picker or walk, pack, and ship orders. The right individual is detail oriented and able to meet the department's productivity metrics error free! They maintain a clean and organized work area, and utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety. Must be willing to help in other departments when needed. General responsibilities include:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.
• Organize Stock.
• Maintain Inventory.
• Pick and/or Pack orders with RF Gun.
• Scanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system.
• Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolve inventory and order discrepancies.
• Manage tape machine operation and flow

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
• Great attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• SAP Experience is a bonus
• Prior RF Scan Gun experience is a bonus
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Strong time management and attention to timelines.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• The ability to speak and read work orders and instructions in English.
• The ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
• An eye for accuracy to catch irregularities ensuring that we only send out the best product.
