With our production facility located in Klazienaveen and our sales office in Amersfoort, we are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative Pharmaceuticals & Artwork Officer to strengthen our team.
As a Customer Care Representative Pharmaceuticals & Artwork Officer, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You’ll manage customer orders from receipt to shipment, resolve service-related issues, and coordinate artwork and packaging materials to ensure compliance and excellence in delivery.
This role is for 32 hours/per week. Hybrid, but preference to work in Amersfoort office ~75%, all days on site during onboarding period would be required. Targeted start date - March 1, 2026, but can consider earlier start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and process orders accurately using internal systems.
- Coordinate order details, shipment schedules, and product availability with customers and internal departments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage artwork approvals and updates in collaboration with suppliers, customers, and production.
- Ensure packaging materials are ordered and aligned with specifications.
- Liaise with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production for artwork feasibility and compliance.
- Maintain organized artwork files and ensure the latest versions are available for production.
- Uphold internal policies, safety standards, legislative regulations, and GMP requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: HBO degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English and Dutch, German would be an advantage.

- Compensation: 3372 - 3941 EUR/month depending on level of experience and qualifications (CLA role)
