Pay Rate: $27.10 / Hour
Job Schedule:

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence while onsite.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any suspicious behaviors, security-related incidents, or hazards to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts according to established protocols.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and providing security-related guidance to employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
