Job Summary:
The Brand Partnership and Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to align with the organization’s goals. This role involves relationship-building, coordinating sponsorship and partnership activities, and ensuring the successful execution of agreements to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Outreach:
- Identify and research potential brand partners and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective partners.
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential and existing partners.
- Partnership and Sponsorship Management:
- Negotiate and finalize partnership and sponsorship agreements, collaborating with legal teams when needed.
- Oversee the delivery of contractual obligations for all sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring alignment with agreed goals.
- Collaborate on co-branded content, activations, and events, ensuring a seamless integration into broader campaigns.
- Event and Campaign Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing and event teams to execute sponsor-related activities.
- Coordinate branding placement, on-site logistics, and partnership deliverables during events or campaigns.
- Ensure partners’ expectations are met while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and sponsors.
- Act as the main point of contact for sponsorship and partnership-related inquiries and activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to partners on campaign or event progress and outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze and report the ROI and performance metrics of partnerships and sponsorships.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, activities, and performance outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and marketing platforms.
- Highly mobile and can travel

- Number of New Partnerships Secured: Tracks the quantity of brand partnerships and sponsorships established within a specific timeframe.
- Partnership Revenue Growth: Measures the revenue generated directly from partnerships and sponsorship deals.
- Retention Rate of Partners and Sponsors: Assesses how well the role maintains long-term relationships with existing partners.
- ROI on Sponsorships and Partnerships: Evaluates the return on investment for campaigns, events, or collaborations involving sponsorships and partnerships.
- Partner Satisfaction Score: Surveys partners to gauge their satisfaction with the partnership experience and delivered value.
- Delivery of Partnership Objectives: Tracks how effectively deliverables promised in agreements are executed (e.g., branding placements, campaign integration).
- Lead Conversion Rate for Partnership Prospects: Measures the efficiency of turning partnership leads into signed agreements.
