Regional Accounting Analyst, Europe, North America & Southeast Asia Pa

Qualification Requirements

Minimal Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• 3 - 5 years of experience, INGO sector or audit firm experience highly preferred 
• SAP experience would be helpful 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical accounting skills 
• Experience in consolidation accounting, external reporting skills, process/control documentation preferred
• Experience with the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; ability to work with others within the department and company; must be able to interact effectively with the leadership team 
• Troubleshooting skills and must be an objective, fact-based decision-maker 
• Can handle multiple tasks with different (tight) deadlines and stakeholders 
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) & strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills 
• Excellent English language skills are required (read, write, speak)
