For more information, please visit <a href="http://www.vantiva.com/">www.vantiva.com</a> and follow us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/vantiva/">LinkedIn</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/vantiva">Twitter</a>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Within Connected Home Division and inside the COO-PU Finance Team with a very fast changing environment, we are looking for a Finance Manager in charge of Extended Product Costs, managing 2 controllers based in France &amp; Hong-Kong</p><p>The role is key for Finance Team and will be in charge of</p><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Controlling of the Extended product Cost</strong> of Connected Home Division (Product cost, Component cost, Warranty, Royalty, Logistic &amp; Manufacturing costs)<ul><li>Quarterly definition of standard cost by product (actual &amp; forecast)</li><li>Ensure Financial data quality and consistency especially regarding product cost roadmap</li><li>Monitor gap, report performance and analyze results for Management (both finance and business)</li><li>Report Spend and Performance for each cost category</li><li>Follow-up Improvement plan on all cost categories (financial and operationally) and support various business partners.</li><li>Take over in direct the Logistic Controllling</li></ul></li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Finance Operations</strong><ul><li>Lead transformation plans regarding all the perimeters to improve finance operations</li><li>Development tool base and data driven approach of Finance</li><li>Continue the Digitalization of Reporting and PowerBi automatic reports implementation for the perimeter</li></ul></li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Business Partnering</strong><ul><li>Provide Strong Finance Support to Sourcing, Logistic, Manufacturing &amp; Quality departments,</li><li>Act as finance solution owner in the context of the implementation / development of new tools (AGILE PLM for Sourcing, Kinaxis for Operations and Program Management)</li><li>Ensure communication to the full Division about the perimeter (product cost roadmap, improvement plan, etc…)</li><li>Provide ad hoc support to Core Teams / Regional Business Centers on Cost topics</li></ul></li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Manage a team of 2 people</strong> (Sourcing/Logistic Controller and Royalty/Warranty Controller) + <strong>1 intern</strong></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills expected</strong></p><ul><li>5 to 8 years of finance experience with management of team</li><li>Experience in Cost controlling and in transforming environment</li><li>Strong PMO skills to lead projects and to manage indirect teams, including IT</li><li>Data-driven and strong agility with Excel &amp; powerPoint</li><li>Experience with SAP / BW / PowerBi preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Kinaxis is putting the candidate on top of the list!</li><li>Strong analytic and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage a small team with different time zone</li><li>Experience in industrial environment is definitively a plus…</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Vantiva is committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and will therefore equally consider all applications</p><p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
