Business Analyst

Coretek is looking for a Business Analyst who is looking to grow and mature in their career. As a part of Coretek’s CSP and Insights team, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and shaping the development of Coretek’s Insights product. This position combines a customer-centric mindset with a focus on product development. We are looking for someone dedicated to customer satisfaction, product development excellence, and collaborating as a part of a growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction

• Proactively engage with customers to understand business objectives and needs

• Work with internal subject matter experts to deliver exceptional customer service

• Drive adoption of Coretek’s Insights product ensuring a smooth onboarding and implementation experience

• Provide design and development support as part of the product development process

• Own product backlog management based on customer and internal team needs

• Contribute to strategic roadmap planning and coordination

• Support DevOps activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, and release

• Leverage data analysis to identify trends and gather insights to influence product development lifecycle

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field

• 1+ years of product or customer success experience

• Understanding of DevOps, FinOps, and customer success methodologies
• Strong customer success mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication skills to ensure effective engagement with customer and internal stakeholders
• Working knowledge of cloud hosted software (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Familiar with agile development methodologies and backlog management processes
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
• Analytical skills with the ability to present data points to stakeholders
