Deployment Strategist — Global (Spain based)

Our client builds AI workers that run HR operations autonomously — hiring, onboarding, scheduling, engagement — so companies can focus on people, not process. They don't give teams a better tool and hope they use it. Their AI agents do the work: screen candidates, run interviews in 40+ languages, schedule shifts, onboard new hires — 24/7, across voice, WhatsApp, and web. They work with large, complex organizations across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and staffing — companies where high-volume hiring, high monthly churn, and overstretched HR teams are everyday reality.
 
The Role
As Deployment Strategist, you'll own their largest, most complex accounts end-to-end — enterprise clients with multi-country operations, deep integrations, and C-level stakeholders. You go deep into customer operations, define the right problems, deploy the product in real environments, drive adoption through training and behavior change, and ensure tangible business impact. This is not Customer Success and not Project Management. It's an outcome-first role, working closely with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and the leadership team. Success is measured by business impact, not deployments completed.
