This position provides administrative support for the Masters Programs of the Jefferson College of Life Sciences, which primarily includes support of services for students, faculty (regular and adjunct), and program directors associated with these programs.Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinates the operational implementation of JCLS Masters Programs including course scheduling, room and audiovisual resource requests, and facilitation of full-time and adjunct faculty engaged with these programs.
- Organizes activities related to the management of prospective, new and continuing JCLS Masters students.
- Coordinates the provision of support services for new, continuing and completing JCLS Masters students.
- Functions to coordinate workflow between JCLS Masters students and the Associate Dean, Program Directors, JCLS and/oor other JCLS staff or faculty.
- Acts as a navigator for guiding JCLS Masters students through their interaction with TJU administrative units providing support services.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferrerd.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5 Years previous experience in an administrative role
Familiarity with Banner is strongly preferred.
