By leveraging virtualization, advanced automation, and a robust stack of technologies, we aim to deliver a seamless, scalable, and self-service infrastructure solution that accelerates business innovation. </span> <span>Teams are responsible for end-to-end solution development including design, implementation, testing, delivery, and maintenance in a 24/7 support model.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We are looking at different types of individuals.  If you have experience in Platform Architect, Automation Engineer, Kubernetes Specialist, Elastic Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer and Network Security Engineer and you feel like creating technology that serves as a lifeline for first responders is a noble and vital endeavor, you are ready to answer the call.</span></p><h2><br/>Basic Requirements</h2><p></p><p><b><span>Technical skills - must have:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with virtualization technologies (e,g PROXMOX,  VMware ESXi, KVM).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.Bash, Python, Ruby).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with automation of infrastructure and application deployments (e.g.Ansible, Terraform).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with continuous <span><span>integration/continuous</span></span> delivery (CI/CD) tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of networking concepts and principles and security best practices </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Technical skills - should have:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL).</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Familiarity with message queues (e.g.RabbitMQ).</span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span><span>Knowledge of log management and analytics tools (e.g.Elastic Stack, Prometheus).</span></span></span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with the technologies mentioned above.</p></li><li><p>Experience with large enterprise IT systems </p></li><li><p>Experience with highly available, zero-downtime platforms</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in ‘automate everything’ organizations <span>Experience in working with different time zones (fluent English)</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Soft skills:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.</p></li><li><p>Open to learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching &amp; development every step of the way.
