  • Oversee planning and execution of enterprise events such as town halls, leadership forums, and employee updates.

  • Ensure internal communications are tailored to diverse markets, languages, and cultural contexts.

Executive Communications

  • Partner closely with senior executives to craft clear, strategic communications, including talking points, presentations, speeches, video scripts, and leadership updates.

  • Prepare executives for employee-facing engagements and ensure consistent messaging across functions and regions.

Channel Management & Optimization

  • Establish governance for internal channels, including posting standards, content calendars, and quality control processes.

  • Identify opportunities to introduce new tools or capabilities to improve reach and engagement.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish KPIs to measure communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and channel performance.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance impact and improve the employee experience.

  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset grounded in analytics and stakeholder feedback.

Team Leadership
