Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Junior Item Master will be part of the Operations group and will report to the Item Master Manager.
They will work closely with the Planning and Forecasting teams, as well as cross functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Beauty Tech, etc.) to help maintain a complete and accurate database.
They will also assist with monthly and annual close, annual audit, and continuous process improvement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope: LVMH PC North America (Dior, Guerlain, LFB, ADP, MFK, Stella, MUFE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily transfers (Transfer file)
- Process daily change requests (IM Update file)
- Perform monthly data checks
- Item creation in AX (local item setup form)
- Item activation (Activation file)
- MSRP initial upload as well as maintenance
- Support monthly and annual close
- Process improvement
- Back up when IM OOS
Qualifications
- Analytically minded, and comfortable working in large databases
- Proficient working in Excel
