Patient Care Technician I- Per Diem, Days, Floating Northern NJ

Responsible for assisting doctors/ team in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met.

 

Position is a per diem PCT float position amongst Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehab practices.

 

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

 

1. Obtains and records vital signs, weights, and heights

2. Performs POC testing, EKG's, phlebotomy and specimen handling

3. Maintains phlebotomy equipment and inventory

4. Monitor and manage in-basket messages

4. Other related duties as assigned

 

Required:

1. HS Diploma or equivalent
