You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for personnel and visitors, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following all applicable post orders and client policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
