Home Purchase Coordinator

ASMG dba AnnieMac Private Equity Cash2Keys, an affiliate of AnnieMac Home Mortgage, is looking to hire a Full Time Home Purchase Coordinator. This position acts as the liaison between the buyer’s realtor, the buyer, ASMG dba AnnieMac Private Equity Cash2Keys, and AnnieMac Home Mortgage for purchase transactions of the Cash Buyer and Buy Before you Sell programs. The ideal candidate for the Cash Home Purchase Coordinator position will be someone with a thorough knowledge of real estate contracts and conveyance who has the ability to facilitate a real estate transaction.  Critical skills for the Home Purchase Coordinator are communication and the ability to educate. The Home Purchase Coordinator will engage with the buyer and the buyer’s realtor to ensure that they understand everything that will be required of them in the Cash Buyer and Buy Before you Sell transaction.  This includes but is not limited to making the earnest money deposit, paying for the appraisal, the home inspection, and other inspections related to the property.  For Buy Before You Sell, the buyer’s responsibilities include but is not limited to the buyer being responsible for permitting an interior BPO, executing a Floor Price Guarantee contract, selling their home within 6 months, and executing a lease. The Home Purchase Coordinator will represent and protect the interests of AnnieMac’s affiliate, ASMG dba AnnieMac Private Equity Cash2Keys, in the real estate transaction.  The Home Purchase Coordinator will work 5 days a week, including 1 or 2 weekend days each week. They will promulgate the programs in the real estate community and within the company. The Home Purchase Coordinator may work remotely. The job responsibilities of the Home Purchase Coordinator position include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Develop and maintain sales contract and lease templates for the program.
• Develop and maintain Job Aids for the program.
• Educate loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers on the program and specific loan files.
• Access and report on the programs to improve their quality and effectiveness.
• Facilitate real estate transactions for the loan programs, instructing realtors, buyers, and communicating to all parties proactively and in duplicate.

• Minimum of 2 years Appraisal Real Estate or Real Estate Conveyance experience
• Knowledge of the residential real estate transaction life cycle in 1 or more states
• Comfortable telling others what they need to do and holding them accountable in order for a transaction to be successful
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent communicator.
• Organized and solution oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong client service focus and customer service skills
• Able to make independent decisions and multi-task.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• May have to manage a number of issues at one time
• May be frequently interrupted to meet the needs and requests of employees and clients
• Minimum 40 hour work week
• Must be available for by phone and email during scheduled work hours
• Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.

Preferred Hours, 9:00am-6:00PM
