Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS)

Your Mission:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to our CAS business, helping leaders identify and attract top-tier talent to drive our mission forward. You’ll combine business acumen, strategic recruitment expertise, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence to ensure we hire the right people at the right time.

A Day in the Life:

• Strategic Hiring Partner – Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment with CAS’s aggressive growth goals.

• Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience – From first touch to final offer, you’ll create a seamless, engaging, and professional journey for every candidate.

• Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market shifts to drive proactive recruitment strategies.

• Build Talent Pipelines – Proactively source and engage high-caliber professionals, ensuring we’re ready to scale as our business expands.

• Champion Diversity & Inclusion – Embed inclusive hiring strategies that drive diverse perspectives and fuel innovation in our teams.

• Drive Continuous Improvement – Leverage data, insights, and cutting-edge tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment (or 2+ years with an advanced degree)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/Advanced HR degree highly desired.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, or high-growth tech industries.

• Strong business acumen—you understand how talent drives business success.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams.

• A knack for balancing speed, quality, and a consultative approach to hiring.

• Experience leveraging AI, data analytics, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.

• Passion for customer service, ensuring both candidates and internal stakeholders have a best-in-class experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$86,400.00 - $129,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
