Position Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years leading and holding external agencies accountable for Marketing results - preferably within regulated financial services, banking, insurance, or WM, including:
  • Proven ability to successfully manage large budgets and deliver measurable business results
  • Strong familiarity with Marketing agency ways of working, and proven ability to hold the agency accountable for providing the "A" team on our account
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and personalization platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Deep experience building and executing personalization strategies on large-scale digital experiences that span multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Experience leveraging audience segmentation to deliver personalized omnichannel journeys
  • Proven track record of using personalization to improve digital experience performance and its downstream impact on revenue
  • Strong knowledge of attribution, and performance measurement best practices

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026,  candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**   
 
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
