Sales Coordinator

SSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

*    Ability to continuously stand or sit and maneuver in confined area.

*    Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers.

*    Respond to visual and oral signals.

*    Address concerns and questions.

*    Ability to occasionally push or pull 10 lbs.

     Ability to occasionally lift 20 lbs.

     Ability to continually stand and/or sit entire shift.

*    Ability to work in hot or cold environment (heating or air conditioning) and exposed to outside environment.

*    Physical dexterity to type, use computer, operate telephone , clear speaking ability, writing skills, calculator, greet busses, walk on bus speaking to passengers, loudly or with use of address system.

*    Ability to provide excellent guest service.

*    Ability to tolerate area's containing secondary smoke.

*    Previous experience preferred.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS: Effective telephone sales skills, outgoing sales-oriented personality with well-developed communication, strong organization skills, able to oversee multiple projects at once, and administrative skills. Positive can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment. Microsoft Word and excel experience a must along with a strong understanding of LMS.
