What You’ll Do

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• Escalate customer complaints as necessary
• Make outbound calls based on membership needs and follow up on existing customers
• Make service appointments and input customer data into database 
• Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!)

Requirements

What Makes YOU Great

• 2 years experience Customer service and/or Contact Center 
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service
• You are team-oriented
• You must pass a drug test and a background checks
• Must have flexibility to participate in monthly meetings 
• Very strong relationship building skills
• Organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Must be Tech- Savvy and learn quickly 
• Sales experience preferred, but not required. Must have Sales mentality
• Must be able to come to office- remote or hybrid is not an option
