Supports hiring managers in defining role requirements, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborates on employer branding and early talent initiatives.</p><p></p><h2><b><span>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</span></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer management</span></p></li><li><p>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles</p></li><li><p>Source candidates via multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, networking</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data</p></li><li><p>Support employer branding projects, including university partnerships and online presence</p></li><li><p>Support HR and business teams in ensuring smooth hiring logistics and employee readiness</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</span></b></h2><ul><li><p>6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in life sciences, consulting, tech or healthcare industries.</p></li><li><p>University degree in humanities, economics, psychology,  law or related fields; Master in HR a plus</p></li><li><p> Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, Boolean search, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages considered a plus</p></li><li><p>Team-oriented mindset and high attention to detail</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></b></h2><ul><li><p>Normal office working conditions including frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting and computer monitor use.
