• Your future missions will focus on :
▪ Implementation of our compliance obligations related to our e-money license recently obtained and the beginning of the run of our activities under this license
▪ This implies very diverse missions such as:
• implementation of our financial security obligations,
• management of process on externalization of key providers,
• new product’ policy,
• drafting and update of procedures/policies,
• drafting and submission of regulatory reports,
• preparation of the compliance section of the presentation of the risk, compliance & control committee,
• performance of 1st level of control on compliance,
• regulatory watch,
• training

✨It will be a perfect match if :

• You have 10 year-experience minimum, working preferably in the fintech industry
• Strong expertise on emoney and payment services
• Strong experience in implementation of projects from scratch / project management
• Capacity to bring added-value compliance solutions that are pragmatic & business oriented
• High communication skills: know how to clearly communicate with non-compliance experts 🙂
• Excellent drafting skills (key for drafting of our set of procedures/policies, internal presentations and reportings to ACPR)
• Fluent in English
