As a Security Officer - Unarmed Post - Full Time in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a leading automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, assist with access control, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while representing Allied Universal.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
