Sr. Product Director- Product management-Fiserv

We are seeking a Senior Product Director to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of our FinTech product portfolio. This role will own end-to-end product management — from ideation and customer insights to delivery, scaling, and optimization. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and business stakeholders to drive innovation, revenue growth, and best-in-class financial experiences.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who blends business acumen, technical depth, and strong execution discipline within the FinTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.

Develop long-term product strategy for payments, lending, digital banking, wallets, risk, onboarding, or other FinTech verticals.

Identify new market opportunities based on competitive analysis, customer insights, and regulatory trends.

Execution & Delivery

Own the full product lifecycle: discovery → roadmap → prioritization → execution → measurement.

Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design, ops, risk, compliance) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Ensure products meet standards for compliance, security, and regulatory requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS, AML/KYC, etc.).

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Mentor and grow a team of product managers.

Partner with business, finance, and operations teams to ensure product-market fit and effective GTM strategy.

Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and strong narrative-building.

Customer & Market Excellence

Drive user-centric design through qualitative and quantitative research.

Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and continuously iterate.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital payments, financial APIs, embedded finance, neobanking, and risk tech.

Data & Financial Impact

Set and track OKRs for adoption, engagement, unit economics, risk reduction, and revenue impact.

Work with analytics teams to build dashboards, funnels, and experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, cohorts, LTV, CAC).

Required Qualifications

10–15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in FinTech.

Proven experience launching and scaling financial products (payments, lending, cards, BNPL, risk, KYC, digital banking, etc.).

Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, fraud, and risk control systems.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead product teams.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.

Experience with agile methodologies, experimentation, and data-led decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-growth tech startups or top-tier product companies.

Familiarity with modern FinTech stacks: UPI, card networks, payments gateways, Aadhaar / eKYC, API banking, credit engines, underwriting models.

Technical background (engineering or data) is a strong plus.

MBA or degree in business, finance, or engineering.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
