The Global Compensation Team is looking for someone driven by the idea of building a valuable employee reward experience. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Global Compensation and will be responsible to efficiently administer the foundational components of compensation and assist in the strategic design and analysis to support a proactive compensation philosophy that supports the overall People strategy at AGCO.
Your Impact
- Complete in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis on various compensation programs; conduct research, data analyses and identify market trends and make recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans
- Leads annual processes such as merit, short term and long-term incentive processes, including preparation of materials and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data and system readiness to deliver such processes.
- Determine the effectiveness of our compensation programs, initiatives and strategies globally and AGCO’s ability to attract and retain top talent based on our Total Rewards philosophy
- Partners with HR and other cross functional teams and business leaders to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing, new, and/or improved HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsels HR teams on effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives
- Develop training and communication plans for all compensation programs including emails, newsletters, presentations, videos, SharePoint, and automated communications
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or Mathematical background
- 5+ years of Global compensation experience
- Expert level Microsoft Office Suite skills with data modeling expertise in Excel
- Analytical, forward-thinking, and solution focused professional with 5+ years of success in global compensation, project, and/or infrastructure development
- Ability to adopt efficiently and perform cross-functional tasks under complex org structures while maintaining an optimum level of confidentiality, productivity, agility, and high performance
