THE JOB:
As a Busser/Runner for our steakhouse restaurant, you will support the seamless operation of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fast-paced dining area, assisting servers in delivering food promptly, and keeping side stations fully stocked. This is a full-time opportunity.
 

THE STARTING RATE:

• $15.85 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintaining a Pristine Environment: Keep the dining area spotless by promptly clearing tables of dirty dishes, glassware, and debris.
• Supporting Service Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with our Food Servers to ensure timely and efficient food delivery to our guests.
• Stocking & Organization: Ensure all side stations and tables are well-stocked with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Regularly clean and sanitize all equipment, tables, chairs, and floors to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Retrieve orders from the warehouse, stock the storeroom, and assist with proper stock rotation to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting with Beverage Station: Maintain par stock levels and ensure the beverage station is always clean and orderly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior busser/food runner experience is a bonus.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
