Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated bilingual LVN to join our cardiology team. The LVN plays a key role in supporting high quality outpatient cardiovascular care through a combination of direct patient care and clinical coordination. This role is responsible for performing patient assessments and clinical procedures, overseeing MA clinical workflows, and providing strong administrative and documentation support. This role will report to our Site Administrator and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.Our Values:

What You'll Do
- PATIENT CARE: Will be expected to occasionally perform EKGs, manually measure blood pressure, and attend to wounds as needed.
- PATIENT COMFORT AND PRIVACY: Assists patient with hygiene, elimination, routine skin care, comfort measures and other Activities of Daily Living (ADL), in consideration of patient age, gender, culture and stated preferences, maintaining patient privacy and respect at all times. Maintains a clean & safe environment. Ensures Infection Control procedures and HIPAA compliance.
- DOCUMENTATION OF CARE: Performs assigned nursing duties for the safety, comfort and well-being of patients. Accurately measures and records vital signs. Assists with patient care activities including specimen collection, turning and positioning, and patient transportation. Documents all activities as required.
- COMMUNICATION: Empathizes with patient, expresses compassion and understanding for the situation and demonstrates care which is appropriate for the age, and cultural, religious, or ethnic background. Actively engages in caring behaviors, taking conscious ownership for work and takes deliberate/thoughtful actions regarding how to best carry out relationships with the patient, patients' support system and healthcare team. Demonstrates appropriate use of independent judgement and decision making.
- COLLABORATION FOR PATIENT CARE: Participates in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, under the direct supervision of an RN/Physician. Participates in the development of long and short term goals consistent with treatment plans, standards of practice, and the plan of care. Consistently ensures nursing practice is within scope of licensure and compliant with hospital wide standards of nursing care.

Qualifications
- 1+ years LVN experience in an ambulatory care, hospital, or acute care setting
- Active, current, and unencumbered Licensure as a Vocational Nurse in the State of California
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Vocational Nursing or its equivalent
- AHA Basic Life Support
- IV Certification
- Wound care experience preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain flexibility and composure in a constantly changing environment
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This position is onsite at 506 W. Valley Blvd., Unit #100, San Gabriel, CA 91776.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
