Department Overview
EPD&A Business Operations provides essential front office and business capability to the Enterprise Protection, Data, and Analytics teams through coordination of the EPD&A True North Strategy, financial and resource planning and stewardship, delivery of programs and projects, and vendor management.
Purpose: Enable the True North Strategy for EPD&A organizations to maximize effectiveness of available resources and delivery of capabilities.

The delivery wing of EPD&A Business Operations is responsible for execution of Programs and Projects for all Security projects (Corporate Security and Cyber Security) at PG&E and aligned with the strategic roadmap for Enterprise Protection.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Security Portfolio Delivery team. The position requires experience with Security Projects, Program, and Portfolio Management. You will be required to effectively translate business objectives and risk management strategies into specific and actionable projects and programs. You will be required to lead the development of target state processes and methodologies for standardized delivery of CSD projects and programs. Additionally, will be responsible for leading project delivery and support personnel (both internal and external to PG&E), as well all other teams within Corporate Security, IT and Functional Areas to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap, through the provision of strategic and operational support, including reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality control and post project stabilization tracking. The position provides executive management and manages day-to-day activities of the CSD Portfolio delivery team to ensure CSD programs and projects meet organizational goals and requirements. Collaborates with and manages cross functional teams to provide end-to-end program and project support, operational financial support, and analysis & governance. You will provide leadership and resolve conflicts during the project and program life cycles. You will be responsible for ensuring Projects and Programs are staffed as required, hiring, onboarding of FTEs and contractors, while being the liaison with HR, Legal, Finance, Managed Service Organizations, Vendors and Consulting firms. This position serves as the escalation point for all CSD Programs and Project delivery related items and is required to work with leaders and teams to gain consensus and execute on decisions, and will ensure adherence to regulatory security compliance and policies and oversee activities of corporate and physical employees and contractors. You will provide leadership and expertise in various security functional areas and work closely with Line of Business contacts to build strong relationships to address security and compliance issues and concerns that affect PG&E's security environment.
The role is hybrid is working from your remote office and in-person in the Oakland General Office as business needs require.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $151,000
Bay Area Maximum: $257,000
