Job Title: Temporary Field Administrator
Job Summary:
The Temporary Field Administrator will provide essential administrative support to Field Operations and act as a key communication link between departments including HR, Recruiting, Travel, and field employees. This role ensures the timely and accurate flow of information, coordinates employee-related requests, and assists with data collection and reporting to support ongoing field activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact for communication between Field Operations, HR, Recruiting, Travel, and employees.
- Make outbound calls to employees and candidates to obtain, verify, and relay information.
- Collect, track, and maintain data related to field activities; prepare reports and summaries as needed.
- Coordinate and assist with employee inquiries, including HR, payroll, and travel-related requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by gathering required information and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance for travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination of field assignments.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation to support field operations.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and ensure consistent communication flow across departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably supporting field-based operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across departments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic data entry systems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Work Environment & Conditions:
- Temporary position with potential for extension based on business needs.
- Primarily office-based with regular interaction via phone, email, and virtual communication tools.
- May require occasional flexibility in working hours to support field operations.
