Manager Support Services - Scheduling

Manages the patient support services for Centralized Clinical Support Services Department (call center, referrals, Med PA, and HIM). Implements and manages all aspects of the centralized clinical support services. Helps create and implement the strategic initiatives for the department and of Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington Service Area. Accountability for customer satisfaction, patient access, scheduling, referrals and complaint resolution for Centralized Services. Helps support digital health initiatives. Determines long-range objectives and goals to meet business operation expectations. Supports the mission and core values of Providence Health & Services through responsible and effective work performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Two years: Healthcare Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Administration, Management or any related field from an accredited institution
  • Or related years of experience. 
• Two years: Managing a call center or other high volume customer service environment.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
