Job Description: 

The Regional RN Director is a Registered Professional Nurse responsible for the overall management and oversight of clinical operations within the region. You will utilize your critical thinking, clinical expertise, and professional judgment to support personnel, address patient-related issues, and maintain smooth daily operations. Your leadership will help uphold our commitment to exceptional community care.

 

Position Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing 

- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, Health, or Human Services 

- Minimum of two years’ experience in home care or an equivalent setting 

- Currently licensed RN in NYS 

- Knowledgeable about State and Federal regulations related to Certified Home Health Agencies 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
