Jr HVAC Estimator

CAM HVAC & Construction, a proud member of the Crete United family, is seeking a Junior HVAC Mechanical Estimator to support commercial and public-sector projects in Rhode Island. Salary $50,000 - $65,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (plan/spec)
• Assist in analyzing drawings, specs, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and timelines
• Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotes

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years in mechanical/HVAC estimating
• Pipefitting and refrigeration knowledge
• Experience with commercial, municipal, and government bids
• Proficient with estimating software and takeoff tools
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation
