As the Global UX Innovation Lead within the Global Commercial Excellence team, you will drive user-centered innovation and digital adoption across Agricultural Solutions´ commercial tool landscape. Your work will directly impact user and customer experience as well as business outcomes by integrating UX and innovation into our digital development processes.

• Leading and executing UX research initiatives to understand user pain points and translate them into actionable product, design, and/or process improvements.
• Designing and executing user journey mapping, personas, and service blueprints to enhance digital tool adoption.
• Driving innovation by identifying and prototyping new digital capabilities such as AI-driven insights and automation.
• Collaborating with global and local IT and business teams to ensure Salesforce and other digital products in our Commercial Hub evolve to meet user needs.
• Monitoring and optimizing KPIs related to digital adoption, user satisfaction, and business efficiency.
• Supporting change management and training efforts to increase digital fluency and adoption across regions.

If you...

 

• Have 5+ years of experience in Innovation Management, UX/UI Design, or Digital Transformation.
• Are skilled in Human-Centered Design, Agile Development, and Lean Innovation.
• Possess strong UX research and design capabilities, including persona modeling, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Bring hands-on experience with digital tools, ideally Salesforce, in a global organization.
• Demonstrate drive, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for user-centric innovation.
• Are familiar with Salesforce UX customization, Visual Design, and tools like Figma.
• Have Bachelor Degree. Masters Degree is a plus.
