Job Title: Physician Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in a per diem position. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and assisting in patient management.  Candidate must have evening and weekend availability and reliable transportation. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.

· Develop and implement patient management plans.

· Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.

· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

· Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.

· Participate in patient follow-up and ongoing care management.

Requirements

  Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.

- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

- State licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.

Skills:

- Proficient in patient assessment and diagnosis.
