About the Role

The Senior Product Manager I will own a product or one or more product features within a complex product. He/she will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead project execution with minimal guidance that is based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding. He/she will develop strong technology relationships looking for ways to address customer needs and will be seen as a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas. He/she will informally coach more junior PMs and interview and recruit new PM candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Understands customer needs and market trends, aligning teams and processes to deliver value across segments.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Uses data and metrics to guide decisions, resolve priorities, and evaluate product strategies effectively.

  • Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Plans and executes product launches, pricing, and sunsetting strategies in coordination with customer-facing teams.

  • Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Manages the full product lifecycle with strong SDLC knowledge, clear documentation, and independent execution.

  • Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Aligns product vision with business goals, leveraging data and market insights to drive ROI and growth.

  • Technical Skills: Understands and applies company technology to build features, collaborate with technical teams, and analyze data.

  • Practices Self-Development: Proactively manages personal growth aligned with business needs through feedback and learning opportunities.

  • Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues: Effectively identifies, analyzes, and resolves problems using data and critical thinking.

  • Innovates: Generates and implements creative ideas that challenge the status quo and improve products or processes.

Requirements

  • Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 6-8 years
  • Recognized as full owner of a product or sizable feature of a complex product.
  • Released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.
  • Frequent product customer engagements that lead to positive commercial outcomes.
  • Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
