What we're looking for

We are looking for a Marketing & Developer Relations Lead to spearhead campaigns, create educational content, and drive the adoption of decentralized AI agents in Web3. This hybrid role blends marketing and developer relations, requiring a unique combination of technical expertise, content creation skills, and community-building experience.

Our ideal candidate is a developer with experience in decentralized AI and AI agents who can:

• Create tutorials, educational resources, and thought leadership content.
• Showcase Supra's vertically integrated stack and container model as the optimal solution for AI agents in Web3.
• Engage with the Web3 and AI developer communities through hackathons, mentorship, and direct interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Content Creation & Education:
      • Develop high-quality educational materials, such as blog posts, video tutorials, and webinars, explaining decentralized AI, AI agents, and Supra’s ecosystem.
      • Highlight the advantages of Supra's container model for AI agents, including shared security, composability, and unified liquidity.
      • Create detailed guides, use cases, and examples to demonstrate how AI agents can operate more efficiently in a shared security environment.
      • Experiment with new decentralized AI tools and platforms, documenting findings to educate and engage the community.
   2. Marketing Campaigns:
      • Craft marketing strategies that amplify Supra’s positioning as the premier platform for decentralized AI agents.
      • Showcase Supra's AI-driven ecosystem by highlighting products and innovations across Web3 and connecting them to the Supra narrative of vertical integration.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content and campaigns align with Supra’s broader brand and mission.
   3. Developer Engagement & Relations:
      • Act as a mentor and resource for developers building decentralized AI agents, participating in hackathons, workshops, and community events.
      • Build relationships with Web3 and AI developer communities to increase awareness and adoption of Supra’s ecosystem.
      • Host technical deep-dives, AMA sessions, and office hours to support developers in building AI agent applications on Supra.
   4. Ecosystem Promotion:
      • Identify and highlight cutting-edge decentralized AI products and platforms in other ecosystems while positioning Supra as a superior vertically integrated solution.
      • Collaborate with Supra’s product and development teams to refine and promote features that optimize AI agent performance.
      • Funnel feedback from developers and community members to Supra’s teams to improve the developer experience.

The ideal candidate for us has:

1. Education: 

• • Master's in Marketing, Computer science or equivalent.

1. Technical Expertise:
   • Proven experience as a developer, ideally with a background in decentralized AI, AI agents, or Web3 technologies.
   • Familiarity with blockchain concepts, including oracles, smart contracts, and bridging solutions.
   • Hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms, and agent frameworks.
2. Content Creation Skills:
   • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
   • Demonstrated experience in creating tutorials, technical blogs, videos, or other educational materials.
