Our team is expanding, and we're seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Administrator to be the backbone of our customer and agent support system. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every inquiry and concern is handled with precision, empathy, and efficiency.

Essential Job Duties

• Tackle incoming calls and emails from our valued customers and agents, acting as a guiding light to navigate their questions and concerns. Your goal? To provide resolutions that leave them feeling heard and helped.
• Beyond responding, you'll be a key player in supporting our sales team to nurture and maintain our customer relationships. Whether it's completing RFI/RFPs or providing insights from customer feedback, your contribution will be crucial in our growth and customer satisfaction efforts.
• You're not just solving problems; you're mending relationships. When disputes arise between customers and agents, you'll step in with a calm demeanor and a strategic approach to find a resolution that respects and benefits all parties involved.
• Meticulously document interactions according to our protocols, helping us refine our approach and enhance our service quality continuously.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service and/or sales support role
• Customer Service oriented
• Strong typing skills
• Stellar problem solving skills
• Top-notch organizational skills
• Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another and remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Technically savvy
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Transportation industry knowledge
