WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cash Management:- Monitor daily cash balances, optimize liquidity, and execute cash flow forecasting.
Accounts Payable (AP) Supervision:
- Oversee the AP process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related inquiries.
- Apply expertise in operational accounting principles to enhance financial processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Leverage expert-level knowledge of Netsuite to manage financial data, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize system functionality.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support the Controller in developing and maintaining internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Big 4 public accounting experience is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
