Myndshft’s software-as-a-service automates and simplifies time-consuming healthcare administrative tasks associated with prior authorization, eligibility and benefits verification, and patient financial responsibility, freeing providers and payers to concentrate more fully on patient care again. Myndshft was founded in 2015, and works with leading providers, payers, and health information exchanges.

The Sr Director of Provider Network Growth will bring deep relationships in applicable markets and have experience and a track record of success in developing growth sales strategies and executing on growth plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales opportunities, delivery professional sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Prioritize sales opportunities to focus on greatest potential for near-term revenue.
  • Build and manage direct report sales team members including inside sales. Focus is on accelerating revenue growth and speed to close.
  • Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues in customer needs and funding in the near to medium term time horizon (one to five years).
  • Develop and manage reporting and analytics of key data, pursuits, and opportunities.
  • Research trends and competition for Myndshft solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field preferred
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in strategic sales or business development in healthcare technology or SaaS environment. Specifically focused on healthcare providers, health systems or in specialty pharmacy
  • Demonstrated ability to move fast and achieve results in a start-up healthcare technology environment.
  • Must be high energy and have a get stuff done mentality
  • Proven ability to negotiate and work with client executives and procurement teams
  • Able to travel as necessary for critical company meetings, to meet current and potential clients, and to train and develop employees
  • Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational)
  • Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that increases opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
