Brown & Brown of Massachusetts is looking for an Insurance Assistant to join our Commercial Lines team in Dedham, Massachusetts!

We are excited to provide training and development for this entry level opportunity. This role is full-time, and requires in-office availability at least three (3) days per week. This is an excellent start to a career in the Insurance industry!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review and coordinate annual renewals for quoting purposes, involving carrier rates and online systems
• Prepare renewal materials using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Add additional lines of coverage as needed
• Assist with meeting preparation by scheduling appropriate participants, ensuring timely delivery of renewal information
• Assist with renewal implementation
• First level response to client issues, including appropriate follows ups, working directly with Account Managers
• Maintain all required documentation needed for compliance of client files
• Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
• Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
• Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
