Sr. LMS Specialist

At a Glance

The Sr LMS Specialist will oversee all aspects of Motorola’s learning platform.  They will manage and review content, prizing, and incentives launched on the site.  The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background with experience managing budgets as well as social/engagement experience.  This is a hybrid role working out of the Motorola Corporate office in Chicago three days a week.

Minimum Pay

USD $26.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $29.00/Hr.

Additional Compensation

You will be eligible for up to $500/month in variable compensation. Details of the compensation plan will be communicated to you separately

What You'll Do

• Planning / executing all areas of learning platform to ensure cohesive results and high user engagement
• Create, maintain and execute learning platform budget within the pre-approved expenditure allotments
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Develop and launch new exciting initiatives and contests to drive participation
• Review all training assets before loading to site to ensure accuracy
• Plan and order prizing for learning site - Keeps a pulse on popular trends to inform relevant, exciting prizing and incentive strategies
• Review all contest terms and conditions - keen eye for attention to detail
• Project manage all updates and enhancements to learning site to ensure on time deployment and accuracy
• Ad-hoc administrative and project work where required. Account management across entire learning platform including postmortem learnings, campaign planning, regular in-depth ROI analysis
• Effectively partner with a variety of stakeholders who serve different clients and teams throughout the organization
• Skilled in building strong working relationships with various third-party vendors to drive successful outcomes
• Works cross-functionally with the content team to plan, develop, and refine content that supports diverse initiatives across the organization

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

• 2+ years project management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education or another related field preferred
• Natural project manager, organized, detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines with third party agency partners
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Canva and Google Enterprise suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Timely, effective and professional communication. High level of communication, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
• The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Strong eye for visually compelling and aesthetically cohesive design
