1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2. Manages reception desk functions; provides a warm welcome/farewell to all who enter/leave assigned department or center; manages the sign-in/out log. 3. Maintains lobby/reception and common areas in a neat and orderly fashion. 4. Ensures patient confidentiality is maintained at all times 5. Ensures all patients/guests receive orientation to the building including: all clinical resources as needed; educational and conference opportunities; availability of applicable common areas. 6. Manages patient/guest non-clinical requests in a timely professional manner ensuring positive outcomes. 7. Evaluates non-clinical situations requiring attention using sound problem solving skills to resolve. 8. Assists in identification of possible risk issues and coordinates with leadership for appropriate resolution. 9. Assists leadership with non-clinical performance improvement initiatives. 10. Cross trains to cover other support duties in assigned area, if applicable. 11. Answers phone lines and routes to appropriate department, if applicable. 12. Schedules patients for procedures and enters patient procedures and charge codes in computer, if applicable. 13. Assists leader with administrative tasks (personnel records, work orders, etc.), if applicable. 14. Performs all other duties as assigned.Apply for this role
