In This Role
In this role, you will manage the operational side of hardware product lifecycle activities, ensuring that each product meets its readiness milestones across NPI, EOL, and sustaining phases. Your day will be split between attending lifecycle and ROB meetings, capturing action items, and independently updating reports and dashboards. You will work directly with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure all dependencies are completed on schedule.
You will be the connector between teams—tracking progress, identifying risks early, and driving clarity through structured communication. Your success will be measured by your ability to maintain high-quality reporting, communicate openly, and close action items on time.
Responsibilities

Track end-to-end production lifecycle milestones for hardware products, including New Product Introduction (NPI), End of Life (EOL), and sustaining changes.

Attend and support rhythm-of-business (ROB) meetings by capturing updates, logging risks, and driving action items.

Maintain accurate status reports, dashboards, and readiness trackers for leadership visibility.

Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure milestone readiness.

Follow up 1:1 with stakeholders to close open tasks and remove blockers.

Provide clear, timely communication to leadership regarding dependencies, delays, or risks.

Support documentation needs including process updates, meeting notes, and lifecycle change records.

Manage daily/weekly cadence around lifecycle reviews and reporting.

Ensure alignment between product changes and downstream supply chain impacts.

Manage time effectively, balancing individual reporting tasks with collaborative meetings.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

4 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, production planning, or hardware lifecycle management.

2–4 years of experience in project/program management or operations program support.

Experience supporting product lifecycle stages (NPI, EOL, sustaining).

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and quality control principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to summarize status quickly and clearly.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with business productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with tools like MS Project or Visio.
