Join us and be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.</p><br/></div><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p></p><div><p></p><ul><li>Lead project management efforts for multiple projects under Molex Digital Business Operations portfolio (Business Applications deployment, Merger & Acquisitions integration).</li><li>Create and oversee a comprehensive project plan that integrates workstreams from various business functions, procurement, IT, third-party vendors and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support leadership in developing material and key messaging for executive read outs (steering committees).</li><li>Drive accountability across functional teams toward the established goals and objectives, raising risks as needed and ensuring reporting reflects reality through clear communication and collaboration (RIDAC items).</li><li>Ensure projects remain on track by managing scope, and avoiding scope creep, maintaining focus within the core team to meet schedule.</li><li>Monitor and control program expenditures, ensuring alignment with the Decision-Making Framework (DMF) and staying within budgetary guidelines.</li><li>Influence and lead globally diverse and cross-functional teams to align behind common goals and deliver excellent outcomes for the stakeholders.</li><li>Simplify internal complexity and ambiguity to deliver clear messaging that inspires trust and credibility.</li><li>Work with external partners & workstream leads to plan the course of the project or program (including milestones, resources required, cross-functional dependencies, use of technology and tools) and document in project plan.</li><li>Act as escalation point, removing obstacles for project team.</li><li>Establish cadence of meetings for projects.</li><li>Define key metrics for projects (analyze trends, report overall KPIs and provide mitigation plans where appropriate).</li></ul><br/> </div><p><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong></p><div><ul><li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree. </li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading project management across multiple initiatives, including large-scale global transformation efforts.</li><li>Experience developing executive-level presentations and gathering, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience working across global, multi-country, and cross-f
