 We are looking for a skilled Senior Director, Account Management to establish and nurture enterprise-wide client relationships. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for revenue retention, product/service renewals, and growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and new sales. You'll play a crucial role in connecting market segment, product, and solutions sellers with key client opportunities.We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for renewing existing products/services and expanding client engagement through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of sales concepts to negotiate and manage high-profile client accounts effectively.
  • Spearhead client engagement in complex territories, with authority to set strategic terms.
  • Plan and manage your own resources to achieve and surpass assigned quota targets, with financial incentives tied to your success.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
  • Recognized expertise in key specialized areas pertinent to the role.
  • Proven ability to sustain and grow professional relationships through long-term strategic initiatives.

  • Functional Knowledge: Thorough understanding of sales procedures and concepts, with a foundational knowledge of related business disciplines.
  • Business Acumen: Expert grasp of sales-related financials, products/services, and the unique needs/challenges of assigned accounts; articulate value propositions that resonate with clients.
  • Leadership: Influence and guide the approach of colleagues, manage resources effectively, and provide mentorship and support within your team.
  • Problem Solving: Lead efforts to address complex client challenges, employing sophisticated analysis to find innovative resolutions.
  • Impact: Drive the achievement of significant client, project, or service objectives, guided by functional policies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Skillfully influence both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration to secure favorable outcomes.
