Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and skilled General Handyman to become part of our committed team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional care they expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs: Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various environments.
• Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems function effectively and perform necessary repairs.
• Cleaning: Carry out general cleaning and maintenance of properties.
• Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Renovation: Repair and paint structural elements, such as doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management: Manage trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facilities.
• HVAC Services: Provide servicing and repairs for air conditioning and heating systems.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and transportation to job sites.
• Mathematical Skills: Apply basic math skills to complete tasks.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving: Stay organized and address challenges efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all work performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be accepted).
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is necessary.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Flexible availability is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is preferred.
