Tonna Mechanical is looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman in Rochester, MN.

Hours of operation are from 7 am – 5 pm Monday through Thurday. Fridays and overtime hours may be required.

Requirements

• Experience leading Commercial projects/replacements and managing a team.
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with general contractors and apprentices.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and symbols.
• Basic knowledge of current mechanical codes.
• Experience measuring and submitting duct fittings for fabrication.
• Ability to effectively organize materials needed and schedule manpower accordingly.
• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork installations.
• 1+ years’ experience running projects/replacements
• Basic knowledge of project management and progression of the construction process.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
