There is an exciting opportunity as a Training Center and Operations Support Assistant you will be Onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Your day to day operations include: front desk presence, handling badges, greeting visitors, scheduling conference room, handling purchases, etc.

What you will be doing:
With this attractive opportunity you will assist with daily operations of Training Center through support of management. This includes customer interface for training center needs and support of Victory Building Operations team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Performing front desk duties, assisting sign in and security badge issuance, general reception task and supporting site initiatives as deemed necessary in support of Operations team.
- Support training center planning through scheduling of classes, room assignments, and tracking room usage and training delivery statistics.
- Collate data, develop and maintain Defense Mandatory Training Dashboard to drive 100% compliance. This includes reporting to site leadership on gaps and escalation of compliance concerns.
- Assist Instructional teams (UAW and 3rd Party) with administrative tasks and supply ordering to maximize classroom experience and efficiency.
- Assist in New Hire Training Onboarding and coordination of New Hire Learning scheduling and tracking of completion.
- Track and schedule Yearly Mandatory Training to ensure 100% for Defence Operations in Indianapolis.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 3 + years experience
- Help ensure 100% training compliance and tracking of employees and sort through Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel), creating spreadsheet using Pivot tables, V lookup
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with scheduling/training compliance
- Utilizing Concur, Cupa
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
Preferred Requirements:
- An Associates’ degree with 2+ years of experience in office Administration
- Experience with scheduling/training compliance
