DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager, Finance ERP (P2P).
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. This role serves as the technology product owner for Finance ERP Procure to Pay (P2P) solutions, ensuring digital finance capabilities effectively support global procure to pay processes including automation and analytics
The Technology Sr. Manager, Finance ERP (P2P) will partner closely with Finance, Procurement and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and high‑impact finance applications.
This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide financial and procure to pay processes, drive modernization of finance platforms, and enable data‑driven insights across a complex, global organization and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Finance Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy.
Partner with Finance and P2P leaders to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions.
