At Carrier, the Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner is a key player in a collaborative, high-impact HR team. Supporting the East and Global Strategic Account and South regions of Carrier’s Automated Logic Building Controls business, this role partners with senior leaders, employees, and HR colleagues to drive alignment between people and performance. The region includes over 600 employees across 11 offices.

This is a highly visible opportunity based in Kennesaw, GA, supporting a business unit undergoing exciting transformation. With up to 25% travel, you’ll build strong relationships across locations and functions, helping to deliver consistent HR support, solve workforce challenges, and execute initiatives that move the business forward.

As a Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives

  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives across the region

  • Lead employee engagement and retention strategies that support a strong, inclusive culture

  • Address complex employee relations issues, working closely with leaders and legal partners

  • Support development, performance, and succession planning efforts across functions

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

  • Use data and insights to inform HR decisions and advise business leaders

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver consistent programs and solutions

  • Foster strong working relationships across union and non-union teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 + years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience serving as a Human Resources Business Partner within a large, multi-location organization, partnering closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.

  • Background supporting sales teams, field-based employees, or operational client groups in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and evolving workforce trends, with the ability to translate insights into practical business solutions.

  • Advanced education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
