Position Title: Technical Trainer
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5pm
Summary of Duties: Delivery of AT technical courses aligned with the global training strategy as defined by AT Business Lines. Deliver education using various training methodologies (examples include classroom, online, virtual trainings and if required content development). Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance for AT equipment in our training Facilities. Support effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, collective feedback, and representation of global AT Team. Contribute to achieving the vision, mission, and values of Siemens. Specialized knowledge for content development, define deliver method and teach classes for Advanced Therapy and Recording & Monitoring systems such as Sensis for customers and internals. 20 % domestic and international travel.
Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as an Advanced Therapy Field Service Engineer, or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience in the following: High level AT technical product knowledge. Understanding of healthcare marketplace, relative to AT in Cardiac, Nero and vascular Departments. Service knowledge of radiography and fluoroscopy systems. Deep knowledge to handle and teach safety, operation and troubleshooting solutions for angiography systems. Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in AT products.
